We would need dedicated community forge maps, because there are no existing maps right now (to my knowledge) that would be fun to play multi team on (even with 2 man teams).

I really hope they add a multi-team mode whether it is a big team mode with 3 or 4 members per team or the classic 2 man teams!
I can’t wait to get some old multi-team in. It probably needs some more gametypes to work (Crazy King on multi-team is still one of my favorite Halo memories), but the new abilities could make this completely insane.
I was thinking about this last week, and I wonder how it would work. Use the Arena maps? Because they’re fairly small and you’d probably be limited to 4 teams of 2. Or do you go with the BTB maps, and give 4 teams of 3? I would guess the smaller would be preferable.
4v4v4v4, oh the Halo 2 memories.
Was never too fond of Halo 4’s 2v2v2v2v2v2. Had one match on Valhalla which turned into a 2v2 Slayer match against the same enemy team.
Both teams spawned at the Beach Base all the time, and we fought hard and well, never seeing another team. Yet we heard all the awesomeness from the other side of the map. We prevented each other from leaving the spawns quite good. In the end though, we won. Must’ve been quite strange for everyone else to never even see two teams, yet one of them won.
In my opinion, Multiteam need atleast 3 players and four teams. Too many teams and it becomes more FFA like, too few teams and it becomes more like normal modes.
Need to have some awesome symmetrical maps that support four bases and so forth to have a decent Multi Team mode, and I wish it’d be 4 v 4 v 4 v 4.
I loved Reach’s 3v3v3v3, would love to see it return as a social playlist.
Another +1 for multi team. My friends and I played a lot of it in Reach and H4. We used to love to go into Reach and when KOTH came up, we’d all select holograms for our loadout and stuff around with confusing/ distracting people. Put 3 holograms in the hill and have one real person stand next to them and pretend to be one. Good times.
for real where is multi team. There is still so much missing from this game its terrible. I said this in earlier post 343 stop back pedaling.
Everything from Halo 3 should just be implemented in…enough said.
