Multi player modes wont launch

PLEASE HELP
none of the multi player modes will launch for me except campaign Co-op. The others just click when i try to launch them. My requisitions wont launch either.
Im in Australia. Is any one else having this issue?

What is the exact error you get?

Try opening these ports: 53, 80, 88, 500, 3074, 3075, 3076, 3544, 4500, and 16000.
Managed to eliminate most of my connection issues.

Not getting an error at all. just nothing. a click when i push A on any of the multiplayer modes. nothing else???
