No I entered like 20-25 codes all at one time, had like 75 matches and thought it would take more than that to reach SR130 but it didn’t and now Im stuck with 16 matches that I cant use. sorry

sure they can ,just make a dewxp account with an american address, then enter codes, sign in with your gamertag and apply games.
