I have started putting in my codes for 2xp. I have hit the “apply button” after redeeming them and junk, and it says i have 27 2xp games next to my gamertag. Im noticing it showing a -3 near the codes ive entered.
My question is are my 2xp games waiting to be played or have I lost them by hitting “apply” early? sorry if this is a dumb question. Thanks to anyone who can help!
That just means that you’ve applied 3 of the matches to your gamer tag. when you redeem a code it adds + 3 (or6…12…etc) matches. As you apply them to your gamer tag it subtracts that many from your total of available unapplied matches.
How do you see your GT? I have no way of linking my account.

After logging in to your DewXP account go to Dashboard. There should be a green rectangle that says Xbox Live sign in. Sign in with your Xbox live ID and password.
I don’t have a green rectangle. I just ha e log out and a tab looking button and the tab button opens up the rules FAQs prizes page
Every time I try to sign in with my gamertag, nothing happens. I just get the same button that was there before i signed in my credentials… I have 68 games now, and I dont want to lose it.

Any clue why mine doesn’t have that? To make sure, you mean the dashboard on the dewxp.com site, right? The only thing I see in the top-left (where others have told me to look) is the “Facebook…Not you?” sign.

That’s literally not on my screen. I’m not sure whether it’s a regional thing or something’s wrong with my address, but I also tried using my real Windows Live ID address instead of my Facebook one and nothing happened. It also seems like others are having the same problems.
Trust me, if it was there, I’m not the type of person who wouldn’t understand how to do it.
I see the green bar, I just can’t do anything about it. The login screen comes up, I type in my email and pass, its goes away, and it’s like nothing happened.
