my friend is trying to make a halo waypoint account but when he tries to sign in it says “xbox live error.” if someone could help him we would appreciate it.
Is your friend able to log into Xbox.com? I would get them to try that first of all, if they can log into Xbox.com they should be able to log in here. If it still doesn’t work, clearing the cache / cookies from their browser or trying another browser / computer might be helpful
