Okay, here’s my problem. I pre-ordered halo 4 from the ms store web site on 06/06/2012. The web site said that I’d still get the pulse skin for getting the LE game. But so far, no code was in my package, no email has been sent. And when I called the customer support, they said that I didn’t qualify for the promotion! What the hell, man? Is there anyone else that is having this problem?
