MP Ending Sequences

Do not post inappropriate content.

The “Bro” Sequences-These post game animations make you feel like you’re playing soccer with your friends. When the game is over your team fist-bumps each other, claps, shakes each others’ hands, man-hug, etc. Some people say that this seems to “child-ish” and “un-Spartan-like”. To me, it doesn’t really seem something that Spartans would do but I do kind of like it. Here are some examples: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. This is a better one (a GIF).
More Brutal Sequences-Personally, I would like to see more brutal post game animations. I think that it would be pretty cool to have the winning team executing the other team like Link Removed by Monitor or Link Removed by Monitor. An executions could be making the losing team kneel down and then the winning team shoots them in their heads and the bodies collapse. Or maybe it could be a firing squad thing where the winning team stands in front the losing team and makes a wall of firing guns. This might be too brutal for some people but I think that it would be pretty interesting.
None At All-A lot of people say that they don’t want anything after a game, they just want to stare at a black-screen for a minute.
Other-If you have any other ideas then please comment down below.
No Preference-You don’t really care what comes after a game.
Feel free to discuss down below.
(I apologize if this is a “copy” post, I couldn’t find a topic just like this but there probably is one.)

im okay with there not been any and there been some… however depending on how the game went if there needs to be some id like one where if u win by less than 10 kills you salute the enemy team… more than 25 its -Yoink!- time and more than 35 u just walk away chuckling or summat

accidently double posted

I don’t care. It has no impact on gameplay and having a sequence or no sequence won’t make the game more or less enjoyable.

I like it when the game ends and the scoreboard comes up. Then you can keep trying to kill the other team

mp is a training exercise so executing just doesn’t seem to be in the Spartans best interests.i like the bro fisting because they aren’t grown up emotionally supressed child soldiers they are exceptional soldiers who grew up just like everyone else and then got augmented. I expect them to act more human

In the postmortem for the beta, Josh Holmes said the intro and victory sequences would be toned down:

> The arena multiplayer experience was designed with a competitive theme. We imagined this to be a place where Spartans would train against one another in preparation for upcoming battles. As such there would be a certain amount of comradery, gamesmanship and fanfare involved. We approached match presentation as though these showdowns might be broadcast within the UNSC to other enlisted military watching intently as the Spartans trained.

> Each match includes an intro and a victory sequence. These are meant to reinforce your identity within your team, to show important locations within each map prior to battle and to celebrate the winners of the match. Despite the fact that the intro and victory sequences in particular seemed to be universally loved by Halo bros, we weren’t 100 percent satisfied with the tone of these moments in the game. Expect the final sequences to feature considerably fewer chest bumps and high fives.

On the other hand, “executing” the other team doesn’t make sense. Even if Halo 5 multiplayer wasn’t supposed to be a training exercise, summary execution of captured soldiers is a war crime.

I just hope that we get a little bit of everything. A fun one would be for the winning team to -Yoink!- in front of the losing team, would make me laugh the first time seeing it for sure.

Dude, are you trolling about the brutal thing? You put a photo of a taliban or ISIS execution? Not cool man.

Yeah I really wasn’t expecting that either… fairly distasteful.
I have decided I like the bro time, it really fits the SIVs well.
