My Xbox HD was nearly full, so I installed a flash drive to increase the capacity. Now that I have it installed, I want to move all my halo content, including map packs, game saves, and spartan ops content, over to the flash drive so it is all in one place. Yet, when I attempt to move it I get the error “This item cannot be transferred between profiles.” I don’t plan on taking the content off this xbox, merely shifting it from one drive to the other.

Sign out & move everything. Then sign in, move the rest.
Reason is your other profiles don’t have the license in which the dlc is equipped on your profile. So, you’ll have to sign out & manually move those & any other things you bought with that profile. Then sign in & move all. Signing out makes it so your not trying to give a profile the same license.

He probably has the license but his other profiles don’t & so this don’t do one bit of good.
