Im wondering if 343 will bring moving/glowing skins/armor coatings. With that being said, something along the lines of unlocking SPECIAL skins by having large amounts of time played (or having skill) at the game like in the Black Ops series where you can grind to get Dark Matter. Also PLZ bring back the prostetic arms with the new customization that we will have.
I wouldn’t be too thrilled with moving or glowing armor pieces.
I just hope they decide to change the armor coating system before it’s too late for them to make the changes. I just want to change the colors, they can sell the skins and textures whatever just let me pick which colors I get to use because what if I like the pattern but not the color? Just stick with it and be quiet little money bag? No way.
Personally I hope not or if they do nothing too egregious. The art style seems to have the game grounded in some form of reality and actually tactical usage.
I understand player expression is a thing but I’d rather not see a glowing neon Spartan running around whilst I’m playing multiplayer.
I think being able to choose the color that your shields glow when you get hit or when they recharge would be a nice touch. Nothing crazy like the Halo Reach armor effects, just a subtle touch of color. Perhaps the shield emitters on your armor could change color as well instead of being the same blue-white?
