Which movies and video games have the best storytelling?

Here are my favorites:

I am not going to make a long list but the most recent game I played that had the best story I played in a while was Quantum Break. It might be on game pass still so if you have game pass it might be worth checking out. As far as movies go I would say the Legend of 1900 starring Tim Roth. Only reason I know of this movie is because it was on cable a long time ago when I was looking for something to watch and it had Tim Roth in it.

Some of the Halo books I’ve read have got fantastic stories to them. So action packed and constantly evolving!

The most recent book I’ve read was Shadows of Reach, and that was freakin brilliant!!

For movies I agree with Jurassic park that movie is one of the best storytelling movies and for games I’m just going to say halo in general. All though halo 5’s story is eh.

Star Wars, maybe not at first, but with all the movies, shows, and books/comics. It really does flesh out the story. Like poetry, it rhymes. I’m not sequel trilogy fan and I prefer Legends to an extent for what I consider to be canon.

Put aside any distaste for anime you have. LoGH is space opera at its best.
