Motion Tracking Sensor disappears sometimes.

I’ve notice while using the profits bane when i went on a killing spree my motion tracker disappeared. when i switched to my secondary and than switched back it reappeared.

it happened to me 3 times now. Is this a feature or what?

In Halo we call that thing a Radar. Motion tracker is terminology from other game series that people don’t generally like here.

Actually no, it’s funny hearing that but if you listen in the campaign its actually called a motion sensor. I had to take a player or 2 back in the campaigns for them to listen and they were like “oh god it really is called a motion sensor in the campaign” the reason why so many people like to call it radar is its quicker to say and type so we make that mistake very easy, especially when other games also call it a radar. Hmmm… To the best of my knowledge, it’s always referred to as radar in the MP. Good catch.

Yes because its an easier call out. Like instead of saying “I have the Battle rifle” its quicker to say “I got BR” Callouts make gameplay tactics quicker. it also makes it easier to remember. Its why maps in games like CoD are easier to remember vs BF maps. anyone can remember “Rust” on in Halo “Truth” but trying to remember BF3’s “Damavand Peak” name its easier to say “Peak” or “the giant cliff map” lol

Even i made the mistake already because its called a “Motion Tracking Sensor” easier to say MTS than that but than noobs would have no idea what that stands for. But if it were really radar you would be able to see the player even if he was camping. This just detects movement.

Anyways ya it’s only with Prophets bane have i notice this happening.

And all HUD elements being gone for about 5 seconds after respawning sometimes.

Using the smart scope on the Prophet’s Bane and Energy Sword disable the motion tracker just like with all other weapons. Be sure if you are simply scoped in or it is actually disappearing. If your control scheme puts smart link on right stick then you will have to click it again to descope yourself.

Yup. Glitch

No i no you lose the scope when zoomed in, it was definitely glitched i had to switch weapons YY in order to fix and it only happened from what ive noticed when i was on sprees. i tried the zoom in and out nothing changed.
