Most populated playlists are probably Super Fiesta Party and Big Team Super Fiesta. And whether a playlist is sweaty or not depends entirely on the players, not the playlist.

Slayer is the most populated
heroic ff is the less sweaty and more populated at all but it’s boring if played for xp grinding

I would have to agree with this. Heroic WZFF is the only playlist that seems to lack sweatiness to me. Everything else seems to be sweaty for a subpar player like me. 
I do like the population on Super Fiesta Party - games consistently load quickly for me. Not a huge fan of Husky Raid, but I guess it’s a fair trade off in the end.
Quickplay and Heroic Warzone FF. It’s crazy to me because quickplay used to be the sweatiest playlist for a while.
For arena, super fiesta. No doubts.
