While I can understand the complaints about monetisation and cosmetic items, they are far from important right now. The most imortant thing 343 needs to fix at the moment are technical issues.
The game is still crashing for many players, there’s a huge desync on the servers, there’s no region choice so people are often playing on 150 ping, matchmaking is making 2v4 games, there’s a negative aim assist for sniper on mnk without scoping, sometimes hits and melee not registering (miight be due to desync), there is a massive amount of cheaters in Onyx league. I could find some more probably.

I don’t think anyone on here would place the cosmetic and shop issues above the ones you mention.
They definitely need to fix the bugs first before addressing other concerns.
Its ironic. The thing that is getting the most criticism (store) likely won’t change much. Whereas lots of other isues will.
