How do i get it higher. It says under my bests that under most medals by class i have “161 spree today”
What exactly does that mean? I assumed it meant i earned 161 killing sprees, but that doesnt make any sense or even seem possible to get 
Ive been trying to increase it for an hour or so in the hopes to get it higher, but ive had one spree and tons of multikill medals which i originally thought it was referring to lol facepalm so yeah…
Any ideas?
I wish it was a bit more specific or i could click on it to see a list of what games i got em in kinda like my overall bests.
