The ttk is to fast might as well be a one hit kill like in h4
Hate, for me, is a strong word. The most frustrating weapon is a toss up between the Binary, Splaser, and Beam Rifle. Mainly because those are the last three weapons I have to max, and they are the most eluding. I am terrible with these three through no fault but my own.

Personally, I dislike the Storm Rifle. It seems as if its overall damage, especially against flesh, has been reduced from Halo 4, unless, of course, it is in the hands of the Elites attacking you in Warzone.
