Finally someone who agree’s. Everything else is fine for me on any difficulty but there just annoying to shoot at since there constantly rolling all the time.

Too true. There just the worst with the Tough Luck Skull on -O-
Too bad i can only vote for one, but if theirs one type that i really hate, its the Skirmishers. They are so annoying especially playing FF Snipers. You can even get a perfect aim on them. Just to aim at them is a joke.
Now the second I really hate, are the Grunts with the Fuel Rods and their constant -Yoink!- plasma grenades. Brutes throwing plasmas i can deal with but with the Grunts, you wonder how big are there pcokets to carry all these f*&kin grenades.
I voted for Brutes with Gravity Hammers.
I hate them purely because they’re the most useless enemy ever. What’s with that spinning swing? It kills nothing! Is he waving away a fly? ¬_¬
(If we’re talking about hate as in… you can’t beat them, Heretics are top. Rocket Elites with auto aim or snipers. Damn…)
Yes Skirmishers, Grav Hammer Brutes and Fuel Rod Grunts are awfully annoying
Heretics they shoot at you with great precision. Skirmishers you just gotta keep an eye on them. I wonder though, who would win in a race. Kelly vs Skirmishers. XD Who would win!? XD
Those hot dam grunts. Everytime you kill their leader, they flee, but when it finds another leader, they think their made of steel.

Skirmishers, Drones, & Grunt with Fuel Rod Guns.
Skirmishers. I don’t even know what possessed Bungie to create them. It’s like they took their jackal, maxed its speed and hops and thought it was a good idea. Like they threw it in just to say they created a whole new enemy. Extreme lack of effort put into them.
By far the worst for me is a Heretic Elite armed with a heat-seeking-bottomless-clip SPNKr.
Definetly the high ranked elites, on legendary their shields were a massive pain, especially with tilt on 
Drones. Always the Drones.
Skirmishers, without question. They are the most annoying enemy I’ve ever faced in a videeogame. And that’s saying something!
Skirmishers and there hasn’t been a firefight match where I haven’t thanked God that the Sadists who designed them were stopped before they could arm them with Concussion Rifles.
