Most everyone hated the name Halo...

Interesting behind the scenes Halo history. There is a site called waypoint, which has published The Complete, Untold History of Halo. The site is a Vice news site, I thought it was related to this site, it’s not. A fascinating read.

You know, I thought that too when I first saw an article about this. I’ve managed to read a decent amount so far during occasional breaks from work. Great stuff.

This sentence about Joe Staten:

> creating the personality and humor of Master Chief

Chief has humor?Has he ever even laughd?

It would have been cool IMO, if he had a sense of humor like Arn’ys character, in some of his action movies. Throws knife, nails a dude to a wall “…stick around”

This would work for Arny but not for Chief,as Chief is too professional.

John 117 may not be a very comedic guy, but his personality hasn’t been absent of some very subtle humorous undertone when bantering with Cortana.

Lol

Just finished reading this in between writing yearly reviews for my underlings at work.

It’s very insightful, and I loved reading every bit of it. It’s a great travel through time, noticing how the names and people change, and the individual perspectives that every one of them have. Makes me miss the good ol’ days a little bit, and also makes you realize how those days were just thrown together by luck seemingly.

I especially enjoyed reading what Marty had to say. He’s quite the opinionated personality.

Oh wow, had no idea this existed. Gives me something to read and occupy my time for the foreseeable future. Thanks op!

Lets not forget his legit joke in TN72H, probably the best section of that whole messy arc.
