Have you ever seen a map that gets you thinking, has some underlying message or is just pretty to look at? Please tell me! (I’m planning on making something similar myself)
The snow map in H3 that was added on in the DLC. Avalanche? i forget the name. Bases were side by side essentially sperated by a huge mountain with a passasge in the middle. Looked amazing.
Probably one of my favourite btb maps, played great with ctf.
You should remake that

Although i do like the new reskin of the map in H5, there are times when playing swat where the red team almost blends into the walls (very similair in colour), makes it tough at times.

The question wasn’t about whether the map is “good” or “competitive”; just about its looks. Maps don’t have to play well to look pretty.

Haven in halo 5 looks so so so good. I love it so much 
Mercy is going to be a popular choice but I really like Plaza or Overgrowth.
In Halo 5, I’m probably going to get a lot of flack for it but I thought Torque was really interesting. I like being on Space Stations, it reminded me of a Gundam-esque type of Sci-Fi station also. Always had me thinking what the Created were going to do if the map didn’t come crashing down?
As for overall in the series, there was always something so mysterious about Boarding Action. Is the ship supposed to be bisected? Why does it look like that, what was going on here? These questions got me even more than anything else.
Honorable Mention: Is Highlands, to me visually, that’s the most gritty map in Halo especially the story behind it. Watching what looks like a forest fire for it to be Covenant ships burning a former training ground is amazing.

You wouldn’t happen to know the forger’s gamertag? I searched the map name and got too many results to know what to do with. I tried sorting by “most bookmarked” and somehow things got even worse…

For this reason, Skyline from Halo 4 first came to mind as a very artistic map, but I had to answer something else given the location of this thread.
Refuge is the first one from H5 that comes to mind. Truth is pretty as well, especially with the holograms of the ships in their respective bases.
343 did a pretty good job with most maps as they nearly all nice aesthetics (no, not you, Overgrowth).
