Ok so I think 343 kinda skimped with the weapon skins…one per gun? Come on they could’ve done better. I was so excited to see what I got for mastering my BR. Don’t get me wrong 10000 XP is sweet, but for all that time a cool weapon skin would’ve been appreciated. I have no symbol of my mastery of the weapon unlike in MW1 and MW2. its a unique thing and I think the way you guys set up weapon skins was just a slap to the face…
Some of the weapon skins dont even look that good…the only good one is the arctic battle rifle.
yeah either more skins or the ability to edit the colors of the skin so you could make them match the armor your spartan is wearing
It’s not even every weapon that gets one, the Storm Rifle has no skin for it either… And yeah, most of the skins are pretty bad, the only ones I like are the Prime AR, Arctic BR, the Carbine skin, while the DMR and other BR skin are just alright. Honestly, I was expecting more simple choices, like a black BR, or a red Storm Rifle. Little things that are simple but look great.
honestly I think skins are pointless on armor and weapons I cant see them in matchmaking and barely noticeable in first person
the only skin I ever noticed was the gold guns in cod
The weapon skins were complete trash in this game.
I thought that they were going to look good, but no, I was sadly mistaken. They look like someone gave a kid a crayon and asked him to draw garbage.
I’m sorry if my opinion seems harsh, but it honestly was that bad. The only worthy to mention weapon skin is the Arctic Battle Rifle.
They could have expanded on the skins to make the weapons look great, but they once again missed an opportunity.
They don’t even have to be complex; make it as simple as a black Carbine or a red Storm Rifle.
Its not game-breaking, but its just sad that the current weapon skins are so bad.

We like variation, but when the options given to us look like somebody took some bright blue paint and threw it carelessly at the weapons, we aren’t getting the kind of variation we like.
Of course, I’m not speaking for everybody here, but would it really have been that hard to give us a bit more to play around with?
I just want to see more, I kinda feel forced to pick stalker spec just because I want a BR skin, I should already have the arctic, but gamestop didnt give me one at the midnight release
