Waypoint just posted meet Dr Catherine Halsey on the front page. Looks like people who didn’t buy the visual guide wont miss out. Rather peeved they chose her profile picture of he without one arm.

Personally I’d like to see Tillson next, she never got that much spotlight.
I’m not a fan of these profiles so far. They are only informative if you haven’t spent the $17 for the Visual Guide.

I agree, I want more info on them something that we won’t be able to find on halopedia or any other Halo wiki

At the very least, something more interesting. With Halsey, it’s almost impossible to find anything new to talk about (in terms of established canon). We practically know her entire life story through the various media she’s been in. Still, 343 could have done better than coping and pasting the book entry. Maybe talk about what she was doing in between 2553 and 2558? What was she doing on Ivanoff? Who was interviewing her at the start of Halo 4?
With Jul now, they could have talked about his service record (as we know virtually nothing about his activities during the Human-Covenant war). With Fireteam Majestic, there’s so much to potentially talk about. I’m glad 343 is going back to these universe-relevant updates, but I’d like something more interesting.
I’d like something on Del Rio
I’d like to see something on Osman. She needs to be fleshed out more if she is to be a meaningful antagonist in the coming games.
I some how have a feeling we might not see much of her in the up coming games, don’t ask me why but I have the feeling she might get taken care of in one of the books.
