I don’t understand why you’re complaining about the dmr being so good… If it is good why not use it? I can kill lots of people that using the dmr, me not using it.

Its because no one else uses anything else. One of the great things about previous Halo games is weapon balance. There is none in Halo 4. Its a DMR fest. It makes gameplay boring and bland if everyone is using the same weapon at the same time.

really? I remember playing every other halo and there was always one gun that OP all the other guns.

Did they come in custom loadouts or were they power weapons that teams fought over on the map?

Okay yes I’ll give you the boltshot part. Huge piss off. Dmr is not that bad. Its mean’t to be long range. The br is better short range.

Maybe the BR will be more useful in these smaller maps in the map pack. Cause it just feels like the DMR makes these larger maps in the game now a one dimension kind of game. Just my opinion though.
DMR should be the most used weapon because halo 4 has, generally speaking, longer ranged engagements. That makes sense
DMR has the longest range… Makes sense. It’s a rifle made for a marksman.
Has plenty of aim assist and bullet magnetism… Ok, that’s kinda necessary especially at long range, the intended range of this weapon. So that’s good. Fits the role of a marksmen’s rifle. This rifle in the hands of a spartan should never miss its intended target. Also makes it a good introduction to halo type gun.
Has a faster kill time than BR… That’s goo… Wait what? Um so it has better range…extra aim assist… Fires faster and has more shots per mag?
Not right. Needs to fire slower and be the slow firing precision weapon it was intended to be. BR is supposed to be the spam weapon not the DMR. DMR is suposed to be a slow single fire weapon that never misses. Right now its a spam weopon that will melt you in 1.4 seconds at any range while never missing.
No. A gun with such range and accuracy needs to fire slower. No good argument for this nonsense.
