So I’m sure a lot of the community doesn’t care too much about theater. Yeah, it’s generally made for Machinima directors; and the percentage of them is kinda low, but growing.
This is just a small list of features theater has the potential for and can act as a wish list. If I miss anything you may think could be incorporated, let me know and I’ll add what I can.

The entire “What we want” I can do in after effects or sony vegas. Any editing program for that matter. Whats the point of having it in game?
Oh god please have a rewind feature this time.
And possible the ability to edit different clips into 1 segment like you could in Black Ops.

Still how are you going to capture it for youtube?
voice recording and editing would be useful. would be awesome if you could have all you need for a halo 4 machinma right in theater what would be even better if the didn’t even call it theater just Machinma.
What I wanna see is in theater or a game mode. I want to be able to change the charaters. Elites, Grunts, civilians, marines, ODSTs. You know? Make them better looking so you don’t have to use spartans for everything.

An in-game voice recorder would be cool, but probably sound like crap compared to a PC mic. I’ll still add it. Doubt they’ll change the name, but I wouldn’t be 100% surprised.
