In halo 4 one thing that I really want to see is the inclusion of more unsc and covenant tanks. I like the scorpion and wraith but I would just like to see more than just that. For games such as scorpions pass, this would be an excellent addition. Im thinking maybe they could add heavy(aka grizzly) and light tanks for unsc and perhaps a covenant tank equipped with a locust cannon. Anyway that’s just what I was thinking.
SUPER SCARAB!!!
More vehicles! Yes!
I don’t expect Halo to get this complex. But it would neat if they divided tanks into variants. E.G Light Tank, Main Battle Tank.
I would love to see the Anti-Air Wraith return, perhaps as a player-useable vehicle.

I’m sure that with halo 5 it will get more complex, since with the Xbox 720, 343 will undoubtedly have more space to do things such as this or perhaps even more.

I think I should correct myself about Light Tanks. Most Nations aren’t using Light Tanks anymore and are replacing them with LAV’s or IFV’s. I know Halo is fiction but I’m assuming most of it history is mirrored off are reality. SO who knows maybe we’ll see an “Super Warthog” LOL.
What I’d like to see is the inclusion of more vehicles in invasion -like a Warthog charge similar to Tip of the Spear. It would be tricky to make balanced but fun as hell.
What I don’t want to see is stuff like BTB heavies which was awful.
It would be nice to see a new tank variant but right now the Scorpion is about as powerful as anyone would ever want it. The thought of a tank more powerful than a Scorpion just screams imbalance and overpowered to me.
I do want a new tank though. Something inbetween the Scorpion and Wraith to help bridge that gap. At present the Wraith gets owned by the Scorpion and it seems a shame tank battles between the two are so horribly one sided, but thats the price you pay for changing a single-player enemy vehicle into a multiplayer vehicle.
I would say that rather than add more vehicles, what is needed is… vehicle emphasis. Just use the ones we have more. As it stands, Halo maps pretty much give us a path or two to circle around with vehicles such as the warthog. As or the wraith and tank, it evolved into sitting away from the action, pelting the enemy with round after round.
If 343 can somehow manage to place more emphasis on vehicular combat (I’m talking lots of ‘Standoff Heavies’ maps but without the total domination once one side gets map control, haha), and keep the tank on Blood Gulch (Blood Gulch should ALWAYS have a tank let’s be honest here) I think we’ll be in good shape.

You know a miniature Scarab would be interesting in multiplayer. Like one as tall as a base… Or one the size of an Elephant. Then there could be Scarab Wars! Or Scarab v.s. Mammoth wars (because someone pointed out there was a giant gun on the mammoth.

Which would be a good idea for Halo 4. The 360 has reached a technical limit when it comes to imagination. Improve on what you have right now.

Theres a name for a miniature scarab, the locust.
Absolutely!
The Scorpion is borderline boring. The Wraith is getting old (and heavier and slower).
I’m weary of having tanks that are essentially clones with a few differences.
AA wraith,
Plasma Rhino
Vampire (Covenant Air)
Usable transport vehicles
i agree for more tanks but why not add more variants of already existing versions like the tarantula with a quad 40 mm auto cannon or the sun devil with 8 rochet launchers
Msybe some of the Halo Wars vehicles will appear Grizzly vs Buffed Locust
the locust would be absolute OP overkill like they would have to turn down the sheilds and the beam as well but i agree on the grizzly, i wouldnt mind firing twin 90 mm shots and raping a scorpion with no effort

Where are you getting these vehicles? I have never heard of a tarantula or sundevil.
Please give a link to these vehicles.

ok ill have to find it but its in the halo encyclopedia book and those are variants of the tank weve come to know and love the scorpion
I would like to see light tank in addition of Scorpion tank, which is heavy tank. much faster firerate, but also much lower damage. Tank itself would be faster but also would be weaker in terms of armor. Size would be little bigger than warthog. For passengers, I don’t know.
Wouldn’t you want it?
