So in the trailer Halo 4: accolade at around 0:19 - 0:20 there seems to be 3 Spartans with red stripes on them (possibly Jerome, Douglas and Alice from red team?) or they could be new Spartans, but i could be completely wrong and they could just be ODST’s in new armour, what do you think?

I think they are Spartans with ODST armour
They’re just regular Spartan-IVs wearing some sort of MJOLNIR [GEN2] armour.
Just because they’re grey and have blue visors, it doesn’t automatically make them ODSTs or make it ODST armour.

Their body proportions don’t match those of a regular ODST, it are Spartan IVs.
They look to big to be ODST, they stand at the same hight as the chief, and the shoulder plates and wrist gaurds look almost identical to chiefs as well as the booster pack and chest plate, and if you pause it at the right time you see an odst next to cheif, they are most definitely Spartans.
Wow never really saw it like that but yes it could be them 
Given that there are several hundreds if not a couple of thousands Spartan IVs on the infinity I would say they could likely be both

and the spartan in the background further away again still taller, they are definitely Spartans, but they are not red team as i hoped they were

seeing as there is only 1 visable marine, but 3 “Spartans” i highly doubt it

They are ODSTs, not Spartan IV’s. They have the same color scheme as ODSTs from past games, a very similar profile, and they don’t look to be as tall as the Chief to me, but honestly, its really hard to tell in the image in question.
Also: I just don’t see the point in deploying a Spartan-II, two Spartan-IVs, and a Marine. That just doesn’t make sense to me.

We are at war. Why not send in the big guns?

It’s not exactly a clear screenshot as you said. So there might be more than one marine. And that marine looks like a medic to me.
They could be ODST’s. But the thing that makes me believe that they are Spartans is that their armour looks advanced. However-it could be possible that they are just Spartan ODST’s.
Have a look at this video. They appear to be wearing the same helmets than those on the screenshot (My avatar I guess!) So it IS possible that they are Spartans. However, I’m willing to believe that they are Spartan ODST’s.
…Maybe they’re not ODSTS’s at all? Who knows…

Absolutely send in the big guns, by why send 3 Spartans and a single Marine instead of 4 Spartans. What is the Marine going to bring to the table at that point? To me, it makes more sense if the two figures were ODSTs.

as you know thats taken from a cutscene in the game the reason for the marine and 2 spartans could be anything, no doubt that what ever has happened at that part of the story/campaign will explain the reason for the marine.
I think they’re Spartan IVs.
