I know this doesn’t matter too much but I thought I’d bring it up.
Let’s say in Reach there’s a pilot flying a Falcon and a gunner or two. The pilot is sniped and dies. The Falcon obviously falls. However, it lands perfectly unharmed and the gunners can just walk away.
Should they include something more realistic in Halo 4? Perhaps the helicopter spins out of control, instead of just falling? Maybe it explodes if it falls from a certain height?
Or is it fine now?
Yes I would like to see this.
good idea OP

Might be interesting but it could effect other game mechanics such as boarding, good idea though if its done correctly
I think it should take more falling damage and spin out of control so that it will most likely get destroyed if it is very high of the ground.
Yeah, Im always like “Hiyah!” when I snipe out the driver, but then the falcon glides down and nothing else.
I’d love for it to plummet, similar to a helicopter with no pilot in BF3, but worse.
How it is now is fine. The reason for this is whenever someone isn’t driving a vehicle, it’'s turned off. And if a vehicle falls from a certain height it will explode.

Ya but Ive noticed the height needed for that is really, really high.
