Now that we’ve seen midship, should we expect more remakes like halo 2,3, and reach? I don’t think I’m alone when I say Halo 4 4v4 shipped maps were average except for Haven.
Honestly I hope we get barely any remakes. Maybe a remake of Haven seeing as Guardians is a sequel to 4.
I think 343 has proved they are capable of making good 4v4 maps, just look at Skyline and Haven. We should be getting all new maps with a few fan favorites maybe 4 at most once all the dlc is out.

Obviously just my opinion but I really don’t want to see Haven return, I hated that map and it always came up, obviously due to popular demand. I would like them to remake a map from reach, just because every other game has had remakes. Not if Halo 3 has but that itself had remake from other games. I know Reach had remakes but I just miss some of the maps on there.
Considering every map from the Master Chief games, including PC ones, will be playable on the One, I don’t really think remakes have the same value that they did in the 360 titles. I mean, sure, it’s nice to see an old favourite come back with a shiny new coat of paint, but I’d rather they spend those resources on creating some new ones rather than recycling ones we’ll already have.
As long as they have not been remade before.
