not much of a huge “I NEED IT” too say, unlike more Elite customization, and classic sanghelli armors in halo 3 including arbiters armor, and make each individual reach elite armor piece customizable…
But still ive been wondering theres no way to watch individual cutscenes for every game through the menu except for H2A, i think it would be cool if they added every cutscene from all games including halo wars to the extras tab (as well as the end credits roll) , beats having to go to YouTube.
second and honestly id rather see this be added first than cutscenes, is a way to listen to the soundtracks i dont know how they have not added this yet this would be a no brainer for me. i think there should be some kind of music player system were you can listen to each game soundtrack and be able to have like a playlist of sort that can play at the menu while you do whatever (customize, check stats, matchmake, idling, etc) and maybe even a system that lets you play music during matches. i find my self a lot just hovering over odst campaign select screen just to hear the music que it would be nice to see a feature of sort.
one last thing, Halo CEA on the 360 had this cool feature called the library i think were it was like an in game encyclopedia with lore facts about vehicles, creatures and weapons maybe? i cant remember but i think that would be awesome to have like a giant "Library Of Lore’ so too speak THE LOL dude yeah and call it the LOL haha nah dont call it that, but seriously with like a timeline and stuff i think that would be really neat especially for newer players.

All other cutscenes from CE, H3, and most of H4’s are all rendered in-game. They would either have to record the cutscenes separately and bloat the memory, or modify the levels to somehow only play cutscenes, but would require loading still. They could add Halo 4 intro, outro, and SpOps cutscenes which are pre-rendered like H2A.
I would like to be able to access all the Halo 3 terminals and Reach datapads in the extras menu. They could just be the text scripts for ease of access.
I think also adding the encyclopedia back would be pretty cool too!
One other thing that I would think would make a great feature would be the fireteam raven arcade shoot 'em up. I’m sure it could easily be adapted to the console and would be great as it apparently includes some story set in between the events of CE.
This however is an excellent idea. I remember someone talking about this idea around here several years ago (maybe it was you?) and I loved the sound of it. This would be a very welcome addition in my opinion.
