To me, seeing new information about Halo is like a birthday gift. Whether it be as big as a trailer or as small as an image. It think releasing little details about Halo Infinite more often will generate more excitement about the game. Remember all the videos and speculation that rose when the box art was shown?
Imagine if the devs did a scheduled screenshot showcase where they showed some non-spoiler images of gameplay; just to show off some of what they’ve been working on. This would really help in fueling a fanbase, and I’d love to hear your thoughts!
I assume we might get new info soon but I’d rather not pester them about it. They are already getting pestered enough about other things.
The community manager of 343i said on Twitter that the studio wouldn’t go silent! However we also got to be patient for now, because the devs are planning the future communications. Reason why there won’t be a community update this week.
Long story short (and my interpretation): we got a short hiatus and after that they will drop small content info in a constant pacing.
