More Halo games after Halo 6?

this is a question i asked myself since the day 343 said there will be a Halo 4

im sure there will be a game between h4 and h5 or h5 and h6 maybe even a halo 2 remake

but do you think there will be something after Halo 6? maybe halo 7 or Halo 8? i know this is just a trilogy but halo 1-3 were just a trilogy as well

he said there are 6 halos left,but i dont think we will destroy them all in 3 halo games,2 halos per game?

it actually looks like its perfect for another trilogy after Halo 6,but i dont want to hype you up,its just what i think and additional to that we are 10 years away

so what do you think?

Personally, I think this should be the last series of Halo games. Another trilogy after the second trilogy would seem kind of…overdone, don’t you think?

If there is gonna be a Halo game after Halo 6, it should be done this way…

I think it’s inevitable if the Reclaimer Trilogy does well. I’d be down for some off-shoots like Halo 3: ODST.

yeah possibly as well,maybe after 343 there will be another comapny which wants to continue halo exactly like 343 did after bungie?

I personally wouldn’t mind if halo went on forever, I mean Mario is on its millionth make and people still love the hell out of that. Final Fantasy is on its 13th and people still love he hell out of that. Who’s to say that can’t be the same for Halo?

Hopefully they let it die.

Already Halo is is becoming the Ultima of the FPS genre: a once classic and groundbreaking series that became overshadowed by newer game franchises, desperately clinging on for life as sales of each successive iteration are worse.

Please, 343/Microsoft/Cthullu/whatever! DO NOT let this happen! Good or bad, Halo needs to die after Halo 6.

I would hope that Halo 6 would be the last in any sort of “new” stories or trilogies, at least for a long while. Too much would just water down the series.

If any new projects are started after Halo 6, they should look at stand-alone stories from the Halo Universe, such as untold battles from the Human-Covenant war, Covenant campaigns, or stories from the early Halo universe such as the Rainforest Wars or the Mars Campaign.

Mario? Millionth??? Uh no in 25 years we have had like 10 Mario games on consoles.

I hope we get a new Halo game with every new Console. Xbox Live wouldn’t be the same without it.

Can we have a trilogy that is set in the War between Forerunners and the Flood. I would lvoe to play as a forerunner with all their technology, Weapons, and Vehicles alike.
