It says on their twitter that it’s been delayed for 24 hours.
I find it interesting that Europeans are getting these codes and sharing them with Americans for free, but when Americans had Specialization Codes they didn’t need from buying the Limited Edition, many were selling them to the highest bidder.

It’s cause we Canadians are super nice people! According to the internet, anyway…
So if the giveaway is now tomorrow will the timing be the same? If it’s going to be 8:30pm (Greenwich Mean Time) that means 4:30pm (Eastern Daylight Time), 3:30pm (Central Daylight Time), and 2:30pm (Mountain Daylight Time)?
If there’re any Corbulos left and I happen to snag one I’ll throw out a code myself in celebration. I promise to use this up till maybe I get Mastery; again, that’s just maybe. That or 343 gives me my chaos emblem back; which I highly doubt that day will come. 
On a random note, I HATE Daylight Savings Time.

I’d say wait a little bit and they might update. I’m patiently awaiting my greedy attempt to earn a code as well.
