For the past few days I keep getting banned for no reason. I play 2-3 matches successfully and it just kicks me out and tells me “someone from my fireteam has been banned form halo 5” Its just me there is no fireteam. I never tells me how long the ban is for either. Also when I go to play warzone after I am banned for no reason I cannot access any REQs, Im stuck with the assault riffle and pistol the whole round.
When I fire log on it tells me I have been disconnected from the server but still lets me play those first couple rounds. It show I have no ranking and no req points. I have tried logging out my user account but that does nothing

Nope. I had one. It lets me play a couple of games but then boots me after a match is done. it seems to be around 3 matches. sometimes I get 5 in before it bans me. It always bans me in the lobby between matches. It would be one thing If I was quitting games but I am not.

Based on your service record and game history:
2/13 - 1 DNF
2/12 - 5 DNF
2/11 - 1 DNF
2/10 - 1 DNF
2/7 - 1 DNF
2/2 - 1 DNF
This is more than one. Regardless if you are quitting, disconnecting, etc these all count as DNF.
Sometimes ban can be delayed, hence why you can play a game and be banned after. It can be from a few games prior.
Yes I understand that but Im getting punished for the servers screwing up which is whats irritating. Just like it says I have no ranking or reqs. Not the first time I have had issues with multiplayer with this game.
I’ve been banned for running to the restroom during a game. The game was still going, my friend was still playing, but I was banned for like 15 minutes.
my god u guys dont seem to get what the OP is trying to say…he is getting disconnected and its a server side problem, cuz i have the same problems and so do many others since infinity’s armory/feb season.
how do we know its server side u ask? cuz theres no problem with any other game or with internet connectivity for any other devices on our connections.
so stop trying to justify the bans with our game session records cuz the point here is that we dont deserve bans for something which was not our fault to begin with

And many, many people have no issues with connections to the game.
Which leads to the issue possibly being with your ISP, equipment, network settings, etc.
Not saying the servers don’t have issues, but 5 in one day means there is a bigger issue on your end.
