Literally they only added in the noble team armor, and the grenade launcher, and the brute plasma rifle, other than that nothing. Just a new torque reskin and infection, which has been anticipated since launch. Also all of the armor is LEGENDARY. Good grief more reqs to gawk about until you get it, which would take some time since its loaded with legendary reskins, also the emile emblem and jorge are disappointing because its a legendary req, Why are emblems legendary? I mean you could of added new content instead of taking have the page for the spartan armories pack stuff to be released into the system. You could’ve added this in the wz ff update. Well looks like im going to have to wait and see if the hog wild update is any better (fingers crossed for a h3 update and race)

I’m expecting the last one hog wild to take the cake. I kinda know what is going go be in that one just based on what we don’t have already.
Plasma rifle variants and the #11 emblem. Along with extended mag on all load out scope variants and whatever the new attachment is on all scope variants. I’m expecting this to be in the hog wild update.

All that, plus weapon balance changes which I’m sure took a long time. People can be so ignorant about these updates, blows my mind.
Half this update is weapon skins. Most already being available in the past and claimed to be exclusive to that pack. I am pretty upset about this update. Talk about artificially padding updates.

Honestly what can you expect out of Waypoint’s community? The sheer ignorance is… upsetting. There is a difference between constructive criticism (Which many people here confuse their BS with) and whining (which is actually what their BS is). People would rather complain, whine and cry over actually pushing for change. The community here is like children. They are never satisfied with anything. That and new Noble Team armor. I might rock Kat’s armor.
Personally I’m hyped for the update and mostly because of new goodies for me to get and forge updates!

Exactly… every update there will be a cry thread or two. The funny part is they don’t even mention everything they are including in the update. That is because most look at the picture and don’t bother actually reading the article. Most on the internet will read headlines only look at the picture and then they will form a conclusion and even be experts in the situation all without knowing anything about it.

Read your post to yourself out loud when you get a chance OP. Or better yet, write it down, read it out loud to someone else in person, take a picture of the expression on their face when you’re done and link it in this thread. You get bonus points if you write it down in crayon.

The UI update and overall setting updates are all exciting. The actual content they are launching is the most disappointing yet though. 15 of the 20 weapons skins have already been released. What makes it even worse is that they were sold under the false idea that they would never be available again. When people asked 343i never answered, more or less forcing collectors to dish out $80 (or whatever it was) to get a lot of this stuff already. So much for “free updates.” It’s so shady it makes my skin crawl. I’m happy that I didn’t grind for those packs or spend money now though.
When you take those 15 skins away you get the least amount of content in an update so far. Sure, it’s cool to see actual armors being released instead of reskinned rehashes, but it’s disappointing non the less. Infection should have been there at launch so that’s not as much exciting as it is deserved. The only thing that could save this update is if that ONI card ends up being the Falcon. If isn’t then this is a complete flop.
