When we are inevitably disappointed by Memories of Reach, can we not blow up Waypoint for the next week and a half like we did with the other updates? 343 doesn’t read this forum.
People are setting themselves up for disappointment, I think, because a good chunk of people are thinking that all of Reach is going to be/ should be ported over into H5G.
We don’t need another thread about how bad the update screwed up. MoR will still have been the best since Forge because of the Falcon

As if my word matters at this point, but 343 does check Waypoint lol. Just because they don’t have representatives posting in every thread doesn’t mean they aren’t paying attention.

Actually, 343 reads these forums more than you think. They may not post often. But they’re here. Lurking.
Anyways, I disagree. If people are disappointed I say let them voice their opinions. Whether or not it’s constructive or worthwhile will determine which threads get locked and which ones remain open.
But there may be a lot of complaints. People really looked into the whole ‘Reach’ theme and, being the Halo game with the most content ever released, will have a lot of demands and wishful thinking.

Ever since we learned of the update names shortly after Hammer Storm, the Halo community spiraled off into this huge speculation fest of Falcons and grenade launchers. We did the damage to ourselves and now, despite Infection AND the plasma rifle returning, among other awesome features and content, the Halo community is left disappointed because they had once again overhyped themselves based on nothing more than theories.

To me I think MoR is just missing the grenade launcher. I would have taken that over Jorge’s turret any day. It’s alil crappy that Carter and B312 were disrespected for not having their armors represented but wasn’t the end of the world.
