I’m on the redeem code history website. Thankfully, you can now view codes you have redeemed.
Back in October 2020, I completed all of the Monster Energy Drink promotions. However, none of these promotions are populating in my redeemed code list. I checked with my brother, and all his codes are showing up so there is some sort of issue going on with my account. I kept screenshots of all my codes just in case this happened. How do I get resolution on this? I’m unable to submit a support ticket for Infinite yet.
More likely things are still coming online. I see some people say some codes are missing while others have zero history entirely. There’s no way 343 would some how actually lose peoples promo unlocks… hopefully.
Ok, glad I’m not alone. I hope they do appear eventually. Those were actually the coatings that I was most looking forward to. I have a ton of promos. Maybe the “second page” feature doesn’t work yet?
FYI, I noticed the same thing and was playing around with some of the frontend-to-backend requests to see if I could get the full list of redeemed codes. Thankfully, it’s all available in the backend, they just do two things that I’ve requested fixes for:
They only retrieve the first 25 items, but they don’t have a pagination set up to be able to retrieve subsequent groups of 25 items. (frontend issue)
They order the dates by Month first, then Day (if the months are the same), then Year (if month and day are the same). Normally, you’d want to order by Year, then Month, then Day. (backend issue)
Feel free to submit a ticket for this or any other bugs in the Support site, by the way! They use the same support site for Waypoint that they use for the game itself.
Awesome! Thanks for the heads up. I did count and I do in fact only have 25 items displayed and it does make sense that those items would not appear since I redeemed them in October 2020, whereas most of my other items were redeemed in October 2021 and October and November 2021. I also submitted a support ticket on the issue. I will update this thread with any new developments.
I just signed onto this and saw all 4 of the Adrenal Weapon skins and the Rockstar promotion items. Still working to get the Razorback now that the Circle K promotion is in full swing.
I currently have all Monster and Rockstar coatings and the WCT coating, but the only things showing up under redeemed history are 2xp and emblems from the monster promo. Hopefully it is just a visual issue or load issue of some sort, have faith yall
I posted the same thing yesterday and got the official response, our stuff from the monster promotion is still there. I was told the redemption history only shows the last 25 items but my older stuff is still there.
I ended up redeeming the three razer codes two on Friday and I did the other one yesterday right after the site changed and I checked my redeem history and two of those razer codes aren’t showing up but I tried redeeming them again and it says the code has been redeemed. I really hope this is just a glitch but the actual items are still redeemed I spent 429.97 on those items and I didn’t even want the actual item just the code, and I still have the DLC cards and the receipt as well as the invoice on my bank statement.
This is super relieving to hear! I spent a ton and maxed out 60 hours with the Monster Energy promo last year. I’m also about to finish up adding another 60 hours through the Kellog’s promo. So I should have 120 hours of 2x XP when the game launches.
Really? I gave up on Kellog’s. They only gave me 2 codes for 8 products. I submitted a ticket and they claimed to have given me 3 more but said the last 3 were not valid products. The 3 new ones never showed up and they never responded to my follow-up email. I had similar issues with other Infinite related reciept-to-code promotions. Such a headache.
I have purchased 120 Kellog’s items and have been given 120 codes. There are specific participating items, for instance I purchased the $.084 2-pack of poptarts. However the Strawberry and Brown Sugar ones are the only participating flavours. So it’s very specific on what items are allowed.
