Monster Promotion Texts Errors?

Anyone else having issues texting 470-56 with your receipt and the Unleash or Monster text for Meijer or Grocery store promotional stores?
I have one for each and as soon as I text them I get, “something went wrong”

I have each receipt with a star sharpie and the image is very clear so I know that cannot be the issue…
I emailed their support but no response. I do not see much while searching so I come here.

I have the same issue, and I’ve bought the big cases from Walmart even, I’ve spent over $60 on monster energy drinks just to get a text saying something like “not valid receipt”, or “that’s not a participating store”. (Walmart) . So I don’t know what to do.

I had the same issue with the Walmart receipt. I’m not sure if because they fall under the “Walmart mega XP program” if they are counted as a participating retailer or not. Check the terms and conditions in monsters webpage under “Grocer Program” for a full list of participating grocers.

Yeah my receipt is literally for the Meijer promotion so it is required to be that store and I am still getting the Something Went Wrong text back…unreal.

They were able to resolve the same issue for me with the Grocery Promotion.

I got a response the next day. They just needed me to resend the picture and then they manually approved it.

Ok thanks! I have not gotten a response yet but I know I emailed in on a Sunday so I hope to get a response before end of day tomorrow otherwise I may just try to go buy another one but want to know why or what the issue is so I can correct it or tell friends that are going to be buying a can themselves later this week.
