I have gotten numerous codes from BestBuy/Monster for req packs for purchasing Monsters in store. The other day I tried to enter one of the codes and it said it was invalid. I tried it three times making sure I didn’t transpose the digits and it still hasn’t worked. Has anyone else had this same problem? Is it something on the server side by chance?
Yeah, I’m having that problem too. I got the 10-pack from my local grocery store and it told me that the code was invalid; even thought the code is on the inside.
Update: On my final attempt, I cut out the code from the box and took a closer look at the code. It seems that I was in error and entered a ‘K’ into the code instead of an ‘H’. Upon fixing that error, the code worked. So, the lesson here is not to read the code by inserting my phone into the box and using its flashlight function to read it.
