Monster Energy Halo 5 Promotional REQ Pack issue

Today I purchased a 10-pack of monster energy for the Halo 5 Promotional Req Pack. I followed the redemption directions inside the box and received the Halo 5 Game code through my e-mail. I then went to xbox.com/redeemcode and entered the code I received from Monster Energy. The code was accepted. I then turned on my xbox and started my Halo 5 game. I went to my requisitions → open packs, but the promotional req pack was not there. I turned off my console, unplugged it and restarted the system and restarted the game. At that point when I went to my requisitions I received an error that the game was having a problem syncing my requisitions. I turned off my console, unplugged it and restarted the system and restarted the game again. This time when I went to my requisitions → open packs, I did not receive an error, but there was still no promotional req pack there. I called Monster Consumer relations just as instructed in the Monster Energy directions, but they referred me to Xbox customer service. When I called Xbox customer service they said I had to contact the game developers directly. I cannot find a phone number for 343 anywhere and when I look up contact information I can only find this forum. I just want my promotional req pack that I paid for. Can someone from 343 please contact me to help resolve this problem? Thank you.

The Promotional REQ pack is there now. Not sure if it just needed more time or if 343 resolved the issue do to this post. If so, thank you for resolving the issue.
