So I work grave shifts so purchasing energy drinks is not a huge ordeal for me. But I just purchased two four packs of Halo infinite monster and one single serving can of monster as well. I created an account with monster.com, followed the instructions to the letter, and was able to somehow submit September, October, and November codes to receive the adrenaline battle rifle skin.
However, to submit my receipt for this $17.99 worth of energy drinks, monster.com is continuously glitching, telling me that I don’t have an account or that it can’t log me in. It will also not allow me to reset my password. I’ve taken a photo of the receipt, I’m currently sipping on one of the drinks as I write this out. Is anyone able to assist me with this? I would really like to unlock double exp and some other cool stuff since I’ve been playing Halo since I was about 9 and would consider myself a huge fan.
The website is awful.
From my experience, you have to create two accounts. One for the Snapchat promotion which involves the snapchat codes directly on the cans, and another for the Double EXP codes in which you upload a picture of your receipt and wait 3-7 days(more like 2-3 months) for them to approve and give you a code.
Ya the double xp promotion is busted beyond belief, i’ve been waiting for around 2 weeks for one of my receipts to go through the review process and a receipt that i had for a 4 pack of monster was failed right away with no reason given. I fired off an email about this through the promotion site and no response was given. so today i uploaded a different picture of the same receipt and they sent me an email saying that they were sorry about the delay but it was fine because i was able to re-upload the receipt, there is almost zero customer service for this it’s a complete joke.
