I have been progressively working on the Monoplolized achievement. This is my second last achievement for TMCC and I am so proud to have come so far until yesterday night.
I completed halo 2 anniversary on legendary in exactly 2 hours and 57 minutes in single player. I even have a screenshot of my time! On top of that I have the Halo 2 silver nameplate unlocked. I didn’t even get the monopolized achievement and I don’t know what to do! I have tried resetting, deleting my save file, redownloaded it. I’m lost and extremely frustrated…
Now every time i try to load up just Halo 2 the game freezes.
Please! Help me!!! Someone from support.
I am literally not able to play Halo 2 anymore in TMCC either!!! I can only play CE, halo 3 and 4!
Is it hard to get the under 3 hours speed run in Halo 2? I am not good at speed running in halo, but i can do Halo LASO no problem. I would like to get this Monoplolized achievement done, but i stop playing Halo MCC because the achievement error not pop up when you did what need to do to get the achievement. My LASO achievement take me over 18 month to pop and i got it by just updating the Halo MCC by accident over 2 month go.
I wish i got friends to play with to do achievements on Halo MCC.
I’d be willing to try monopolized with a partner. But it’s going to take a lot of time to run through the campaign in Co-op as Dying resets the checkpoint. It should not do this but for some reason does and it is insanely frustrating.
On top of that I have progressively been playing A mission every few weeks to get under par time. And I finally got my time down to 2 hours 57 minutes doing gravemind for the 8th time on legendary.
I wish could do game save download on Xbox One to friends on Halo MCC. I remember back in Halo Reach i could take my game save on my usb drive and give my friends save game to help them out, getting the achievement. Did you try making your friend party leader on co-op speed run halo 2 last level to see if it unlock that way?
It’s been days and still no answer! On top of that my warlord achievement is not unlocking in halo 5 as well!
A user once commented that certain achievements took 2 weeks to appear unlocked.
At the end of the campaign was tun console connected to the internet? Sometimes that’s why do not jump the achievements-

How bad, and how frustrating it must be
I’m looking at your service record, and I’m noticing that you haven’t completed the entire game in co-op (The Arbiter and The Oracle are showing as not completed in co-op). Since it looks like you’re using some times from your solo and co-op playthroughs together to arrive at a time under 3 hours, I think you need to complete the entire game in co-op, and possibly you might need to complete every level on Legendary in co-op to get it to unlock. I am not 100% sure about having to do all of the missions on Legendary though. But try just finishing all of the missions first and see if it unlocks. This is a common problem that I have seen reported when trying to mix your times between solo and co-op.
Also, to get the achievement to unlock, you’ll have to go and view your times on the leaderboard; that’s how I got mine to unlock. It won’t unlock immediately after you get under 3 hours.

No problem. As I said before, you might need to go through and complete all of the levels on Legendary if it doesn’t work - I’m not 100% sure since I did all of the levels solo so I’m only going off what I’ve seen written on guides for this achievement on True Achievements. Remember to go look at the leaderboards as well - that’s how the achievement unlocks.
EDIT: Also, one other tip I forgot is to make sure that you’ve completed The Heretic and The Armory on Legendary (I think you can only do these solo since they’re basically just cutscenes). I think you might have to have these listed as completed for the achievement to unlock.

Thank you. Still no luck. Hopefully I can figure this out because I would rather not speedrun halo 2 on legendary again.
