Ive seen others post about Monopolized not unlocking. The glitch has hit me as well. I’ve beaten h2 legendary under 3 hrs and no achievement. Has anyone found a solution?
What gamertag is this under? Looking at your service record under Mr JVacha, it appears as though you have never played the Master Chief Collection.

Under this gamertag. Yours is showing you haven’t played either. Must be the site.
In that case, I was going to check your solo/co-op times on Waypoint to see if they add up to under three hours. I made a thread last night about completing Halo 4 speed runs on legendary and stopped playing after I noticed that the game was not saving my speed run times (both on the in-game leaderboards and on Waypoint). Check and see if your times on Waypoint line up with what you should have. If they do, then you needn’t worry; so long as Waypoint has record of the times, your achievement will unlock in due time. If you are impatient, you could try and complete another mission on legendary and see if it unlocks with that. I had to do this in order to unlock the under three hour achievement for Halo 3, though I’m not sure whether it will resolve your problem.
My times add up to 2hrs 58min. That’s with a combination of solo/coop. That’s on my waypoint. In game says the same under h2 stats. Fastest legendary time completed 2hrs 58min. The achievement does not say “done…unlocking” like previous achievements have so I don’t know how it’s going to pop…?
Here’s my best legendary times in solo/coop combination in order:

My game is still having issues pulling a rival for my speedruns, so I’m assuming that it won’t store my best times either. That said, the game may be having issues pulling all of your times together (since the achievements unlock based on their leaderboards and not your game’s save). This may be why you are not unlocking the achievement and/or not seeing the “Done! Unlocking…” message, simply because your times cannot be retrieved at this time.
Just for clarification, did you pull your best legendary times from your MCC menu, or your Waypoint profile? If you pulled them from the in-game menu, can you compare those times to the ones on Waypoint and see if they are the same? This may be a redundant question, but if they are different, then we can identify the issue at hand before I claim that your achievement will probably pop soon once their leaderboard server is fixed.
I pulled these times from both the in game leaderboard, in game stats section for h2 and online waypoint profile. They all match up.
Great! If I had to place my bets, I would count on your achievement unlocking once they get this leaderboard nonsense sorted out.
I hope so. All of my times are showing on the leaderboards. What issues are they having with leaderboards bc like I said mine show up but no achievement.

Got it finally. Replayed each level solo legendary and it unlocked after the final mission.

By replaying, did you just beat every level casually without a good time or did you speedrun every level all over again???
So I do t get it once you beat it legendary and beat it under 3 house you half to play it solo again on legendary? Are we able to use the scarab gun? Please help cause I have been doing these speed run for like a week I have been beating them under 3 hours. You can not use the scarab gun or any other skull with a 0 multiplier. It has to be done on legendary.
If everything works correctly, you should not have to retry any level. However, there is a bug that gives a chance of Halo 2 campaign times/scores/completion not uploading correctly, in which case they will need to be done again.
Check the service record on this site to see if any of them have glitched out (in which case it should show a 1:40:39 time), these will need to be retried.

This post is not entirely true… If you complete Halo 2 legendary under three hours in coop the achievment will not unlock, unless you complete Halo 2 legendary solo.
If Halowaypoint shows you completed Halo 2 legendary coop under three hours then this is your issue. You can beat Halo 2 legendary solo in any amount of time and score. I used the scarab skull and bandana skull and as soon as I finished the solo campaign the achievment unlocked.

Oh, I’m sorry I didn’t realize he had done it in co-op first. I thought he had just been running through it solo with the scarab gun.

Ok so I replayed all of It on solo by it self with no skulls on and still nothing and I beat it under 3 hourse in co-op.and the times arnt glitched in the halo way point none say (1:40:39) and i have completed it all. So like I really don’t understand this achievement. Does anyone have a solution and I’m not going to beat it under 3 hours solo thats bs cause alot of people got it with co-op why can’t i?

One other thing that can happen is that the achievement gets stuck on “done! unlocking…”. Is that the case? If it is, it should eventually unlock by itself, but sometimes it can take a while (days, even) before it unlocks.
If it’s not saying “done! unlocking…”, then idk, guess we’ve found a new bug.
EDIT: I hate to be the one to break it to you but I just looked at your profile. All your co-op times added together make for a 3:01:17, so the reason you haven’t gotten it is because you’re about 1 minute late. Sorry, that must be really frustrating, but you have to shave off at least a minute somewhere.
