I played the day that 343 give away the monitor emblem and i still didnt have it yet someone has the same problem?
Taking a quick look at your game history, it looks like you didn’t play on the 6th, so you don’t qualify to receive the emblem.

The monitor emblem looks great in my opinion

It’s been my Emblem since Halo 3 (Marathon Blue, Silver Circle, looks like Monitor’s face), excluding freaking Reach… After 3 long years, I finally have my Emblem back. I’m super happy about it! 
But that’s me.
I have a video on i play that day to the playlist, i can put it in my fileshare so you can see it and verify that i play that day.
Then what probably happened is that, through some glitch, the game stats never saved to your Waypoint Game History or Service Record.
On the 6th, to make sure that wouldn’t happen to me, I played several games and made sure at least one of them showed up in my Game History.

Sorry to hear that the system has screwed you over. Maybe BS Angel could manually give you the emblem but I highly doubt it.
There was a big gap where u didnt play from oct. 6 to nov 19. U had to play on nov 6 that explains why u didnt get it bro
