Monitor Emblem question

I have been out of the Halo 4 loop for a little while. I plan to return to gaming in general pretty soon and I am still a completionist. I understand that the Monitor emblem is not “unlocked” in a typical fashion if I recall it was released to players who played on 343 day correct? I was wondering if anyone can confirm this.

Also is it a possibility that they will release the emblem again in the future?

I apologize if this is a annoying topic, I used the search bar and found nothing to confirm my question.

Yes, it was released to everyone who played on the 343I day.

But, i haven’t heard any news about the emblem being released later for everyone who didn’t play on the 343I day.

To me, releasing it in the future defeats the purpose of offering it as a Birthday favour, but anything is possible.

The Commando helmet (usually unlocked by mastering Dominion Victory) was unlocked for everyone who completed a War Games or Spartan Ops matchmade match on 343 Day.

The Guilty emblem was unlocked for everyone who completed a War Games or Spartan Ops matchmade match on Halo 4’s one-year anniversary, November 6, 2013.
