A few of my friends and I have had several problems regarding Monitors, so I would like to talk to the Monitors themselves, while also getting input from the other Monitors.

AssumedCerberus was banned late 2016 for a discriminatory post, and promptly permabanned after a short discussion with DavidJCobb about it.
AssumedSpartan was issued a month-long ban on January 27th for “spam” posting. Now, technically, there was bumping involved, but snickerdoodle “Monitored” everything he had posted in the preceding 12 hours or so and slapped him with a month-long ban.
I reposted the topic that snickerdoodle locked and posted on a ban help forum about these problems, and was immediately banned myself by Ka Five.
AssumedCerberus has since messaged WP Ban Appeals multiple time over the course of nearly five weeks with no response.

Why?
