Playing this, what’s the technique to destroy a mongoose with the enemy. Trying to get my destroyer cert. I mostly just end up sword killing the driver.

One quick sword or hammer hit followed by plasma grenades.
Plasma Grenades are the best methods of destroying them, but knocking them off the bridge with a sword / hammer swing works too.
If you’re in the same game as me, your resistance against my mongoose is futile. They don’t call me the Mower for no reason: every match I mow down enemies with lack of mercy and brute force like they’re thin blades of grass on an old man’s lawn. You can try sticky nades, sword swangin’, and even countering with another mongoose or warthog, but all your efforts will be fruitless. You will be roadkill and you will be just another statistic in my triple and quadruple splats.
Sort of luck but be behind someone. They will stick the mongoose making it weak and then you throw yours to finish it off
I usually stayed close to the base and tossed a sticky at oncoming traffic and jumped. Usually they’d have taken a couple hits by then and 1 sticky does the job.
The best way is to put a sticky inside ur own helmet because thats better than actually playing castle wars where 70% of ur team cant sword fight and act like sheep everytime some one manages to get the flag by running up the base like theyre going to beat him to the top. The entire thing is a giant beacon that screams “people who cant play this game join this gametype”
I would suggest using plasma grenades, or combining sword swing and plasma grenades to finish the push off the bridge if needed.
