I am SR 135 and have all permanent reqs in the req pool with the exception of the Tundra, Woodland, and Urban Mongooses Certifications. Does anyone know a fix or a way to resolve this issue other than buying more packs because I tried that?
Bronze Packs are the only packs to give out the Mongoose certifications. They don’t have a 100% unlock rate however, so you’ll have to buy several of them to unlock them.

Some of the mongoose variants are only unlockable from bronze packs. You can grab those with your points until you get them, remember they aren’t guaranteed unlocks though.

Thanks a lot for the information that some common req cards cannot be unlocked from Silver Packs. However, the system isn’t clear enough which cards can be unlocked from which standard req pack so I would be more than happy to see a list of req cards that can only be unlocked from Bronze Packs. I haven’t unlocked the Battle Rifle and Elementary emblem, do it happen that these req cards are included on that list?
If no, any suggestions how I should unlock the standard default Battle Rifle and the Elementary emblem?

You shouldn’t hijack other people threads.
Which BR? If it’s the base variant that is only unlocked from one of the early SR packs and there is a glitch that if you get xp from an alternative source than matchmaking it sometimes doesn’t get sent out. If that’s the case you can try tweeting at Unyshek or Ske7ch as they’ve helped people with similar issues in the past.
As for emblems I usually refer to WortWortworthog’s emblem thread for the how in those case.

Gold Packs unlock everything from Uncommon to Legendary/Mythic. The Mongooses are Commons. Even Silver Packs have a hard time getting them too. Just keep buying Bronze Packs for the time being.
I have the same “problem” but as mongeese are literally useless I’m not planning to ever try to resolve it.
