I felt like treating myself to a few gold packs (with real money). Bought them but got no pack and money was taken from my account. i thought it might just of glitched so did a few more times but still did the same thing. Anyone else experienced this within the last few hours???

Same for me I bought some and when its generating the gold pack it just goes straight to the menu and it charges me on my account and I didn’t receive the gold pack

i contact xbox support and they try 2 or 3 things but didn’t find the problem out so it might be a problem for 343 servers or something like that !

I bought my Silver pack yesterday since I had leftover money on my account but to check I just went on waypoint to unlock it which was confirmed. Then again talk to someone from 343 on here and get their attention by private messaging them (the ones that usually are on here) since this does involve your money.
