We do practice raids and team tac, aswell as normal training to make ourselves better. Most of our leaders are in the UK, but that doesn’t mean we won’t take anyone else who speaks English, as I am Canadian for example. We are a little strict when we mean business, but we do love a joke from time to time as banter can be fine
