modifying other games into the halo universe

hey guys,

i talked to customer support and they pointed me into this forum. i was curious of a few things regarding using or creating game content from the halo universe. i wanted to ask about legal rights, how far i can go and who i need to talk to to obtain permission. i dont want to disclose to much info in public and i was told the mods will answer?

no im talking about taking a pc game and creating halo units, vehicles, weapons and maps for it
