faster regen? carry more grenades? more ammo? wtf is this? so much for every man being equal. i fail to see how these can possibly be balanced.

no. it just won’t. now we’ll have more grenades being spammed all over the map than ever before. more ammo might work, as long as it doesn’t count power weapons, but faster regen? no, just… no.
halo 4 better have SUBSTANTIAL support for a more classic experience, not just one measly playlist with every classic gametype shoved into it. at least a classic objective, classic team slayer, classic team doubles, classic ffa, classic team swat, and classic team snipers. a seperate playlist for every single one.
i am pleased, however, that halo 4’s movement physics will be much more like halo 3 this time round. and everything outside of multiplayer so far sounds excellent.
and for goodness sake put an actual ranking system in that determines skill rather than time played. i may actually be motivated to play the game even with all this other crap thrown in.

Were are you retrieving these very specific details? Do you even have a source?

I’m pretty sure mods would only apply to starter weapons. Power weapons such as rockets, snipers, shotguns, etc… will only be accessible through the random weapon drops.

lol…can’t tell if serious. who says extra ammo will apply to power weapons? 343 might have done some stupid things but i don’t believe there THAT stupid.

Yeah… Just because they say there’s going to have extra ammo for weapons does it mean all weapons. If they added more ammo to snipers, oh well, as long as they don’t go over 24 rounds total, I don’t care. Rockets, yeah, they shouldn’t be giving extra ammo to that thing, because it’d be unfair, and unbalance, which, if 343i is smart, which I believe they are, they’ll deny the rocket launcher the extra ammo. Energy based weapons like the Plasma pistol, plasma rifle, and sword, won’t get extra ammo.
Also, the “more ammo” thing probably only applies to the weapons you spawn with.
Since it’s a class setup, you’re attaching that extra ammo to your weapons.
And the “extra grenade” thing probably means you spawn with 1 extra grenade.
I doubt it means you can pick up another grenade as you walk around the map.
What do you mean by “faster regen”? Faster shield regen, faster sprint regen, or faster AA regen?

Kind of like in Reach where you can spawn with 4 grenades, but you can only pick up a max number of 2 grenades of each type.
