> Take Cortana for instance according to pre established canon she should already have corrupted by now. She IS ALREADY over her 7 year service life.
Cortana is a unique A.I… I’m not going to explain the circumstances surrounding her as I learned about her from Dr Halsey’s journal with pre-order Halo: Reach, but I am going to say this: there is a reason she’s still around and there is a hidden meaning behind why we saved her in Halo 3 and that is a possibility for Halo 4… besides, they covered her rampancy in the G.I. article.

I’d recommend go and reading the new G.I. magazine article.

Spartan points = open for debate if that is going to be the name.
Spartan Op’s = you need to go read about them. we are getting five new missions every week, for free, not as DLC, and it is coming with the game.
PERK’s - It’s about dang time… people have been calling for that since early Halo 3.
Weapons inherent to class? Where on earth did you read that? I just went through the article again and am not getting the idea that certain weapons are only available to a specific classification. Now AA’s being limited until you hit X rank. That’s understandable. What’s the benefit of being a rank 1 private with access to everything? Earn the right to use that kind of stuff.
Skill ranking - We have no idea what they are doing on the MM side of things.
> Seriously. What happened to spawn with an AR and a pistol. Pick some stuff up on the map and go to work.
Natural evolution. People have fought over equipment since Halo 1 in the form of OS and AC. As time grew, we saw more and more fighting not just for that, but for all forms of power weapons (whatever someone might consider a power weapon too). Now we see a move to integrate sprint, something we should have been able to do years ago, into the game as well as taking on the sci-fi realm of things. You think this is a mistake. I disagree.
> I didn’t invest my nerdom in this franchise to watch a new studio turn it into something totally different.
All things change. What was ten years ago is not going to stay the same now. Everything in life changes. Everything.
> Bungie made a near perfect game now with 4 5 6 halo will wind up being remembered as " that future call of duty port "
People like myself are moving forward. Halo: CE, h2, h3, ODST, and Reach players will be joining me. The real question is, will you?
